"You" means the person paying through the payment link.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to any payment you make through a Flourish Impact Coaching MobilePay payment link. That including guided meditation, group programmes and workshops or wellbeing events. What you are paying for is described on the payment link or in the booking confirmation I send you.

3. What you are buying

A ticket to one Soul Connection Circle, an in-person group event led by Michelle Crosbie. The date, time, city and venue are shown on the event page, payment link and/or in your confirmation email. Current dates: 24 October in Vejle and 6 December in Aarhus (2026). One ticket is for one person and one date.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown on the payment link in DKK and includes moms (VAT). There are no extra fees from me. Payment is taken in full when you pay through MobilePay. I don't see or store your payment details.

5. Booking and delivery

Your place is confirmed when payment is received. The Circle takes place in person on the date you booked. Nothing is sent or posted to you. Printed handouts, if any, are given out on the day and are yours to keep.

6. If you can't come

If you tell me at least 48 hours  before the event, I will either move your ticket to another Circle or refund you in full through MobilePay, whichever you prefer. After that, tickets are not refundable. Refunds usually arrive within 5 working days.

7. If I have to change or cancel

If I need to cancel or change the date, I will let you know as soon as I can by email. You can choose a place on the new date or a full refund. If a Circle doesn't reach the minimum number of people, I may cancel it and you will get a full refund.

8. Right of withdrawal

Danish and EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. A ticket for an event on a specific date and time is an exception to that rule under Danish consumer law, so the 14 day right of withdrawal does not apply to it. You can still cancel under section 5.

9. Returns

There are no goods to return. Refunds are covered in sections 6 and 7.

10. What the Circle is and isn't

The Soul Connection Circle is a group experience with guided meditation, reflection and connection practices, including paired exercises such as soul gazing. It supports personal wellbeing and reflection. It is not therapy, medical care or a replacement for either, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. All exercises are optional. You can sit out, step outside or stop at any time. If you are dealing with a health condition or are going through something difficult, please speak to your doctor or a qualified professional before you join. You take part at your own discretion and are responsible for your own wellbeing. The Circle is for adults aged 18 and over.

11. Respect and confidentiality in the room

What people share in the Circle stays in the Circle. Please don't repeat other participants' stories outside the room. I may ask you to leave if you disrupt the event or make others uncomfortable, and I would refund you only for the part you didn't attend.

12. Photos and recording

The Circle is not recorded, and I don't photograph participants. Please don't record audio or video, or take photos of other participants.

13. Personal data

I only collect what I need to confirm your booking and take payment, such as your name, email and payment reference. I handle it in line with GDPR. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data any time by emailing michelle@flourishimpactcoaching.com. Link to privacy policy.

14. Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to the price you paid for your ticket. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Danish or EU law.

15. Complaints

If something isn't right, please contact me first at michelle@flourishimpactcoaching.com and I will do my best to sort it out. If we can't agree, Danish consumers can go to Nævnenes Hus, the Danish consumer complaints body.

16. How disputes are resolved

These terms are governed by Danish law. If we can't settle a disagreement between us, it is handled by the Danish courts.

17. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you pay applies to your ticket.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to coaching sessions and coaching packages bought from Flourish Impact Coaching. What is included, how many sessions, and the price are set out in your package description and invoice.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in the currency discussed in pre consultation and includes moms (VAT) if applicable. I send an invoice with a payment link by email through Billy. Invoices are due within 7 days, and your sessions start once payment is received or: once the first invoice is paid, if you are on a payment plan. If you need to split payment, we agree that in writing before we start. I don't see or store your payment details.

4. Delivery

Sessions take place online by video call or in person if agreed at times we arrange together. I will contact you within 2 working days of payment to book your first session. Packages must be used within 6 months of the start date unless we agree otherwise. Nothing is posted to you, so there are no goods to deliver.

5. Cancelling and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to move a session, and we will find another time. Sessions cancelled later than that, or missed without notice, are charged in full. If I need to cancel or move a session, you can choose a new time or a refund for that session.

6. Refunds

If you cancel your package before your first session, I will refund you in full. After that, sessions already delivered are not refunded, and unused sessions are refunded pro rata. Refunds go back the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. If you ask me to start sessions within those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay only for what has already been delivered. This right is for consumers only and does not apply to purchases made for a business.

9. What coaching is and isn't

Coaching is a structured, confidential partnership focused on your goals, awareness and development. It is not therapy, counselling or medical care, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are dealing with a mental or physical health condition, please speak to a doctor or qualified professional. You stay responsible for your own decisions and actions. I can't promise specific results.

10. Confidentiality

What you share with me stays with me, unless you ask me to share it, the law requires it, or I believe someone is at serious risk of harm. Sessions are not recorded unless we agree beforehand. If an employer or organisation pays for your coaching, we agree in advance what, if anything, is shared with them.
