Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that works with the body's natural energy flow to restore balance, release what's being held, and support deep rest and healing. It requires nothing from you except a willingness to receive.
In a session you'll lie fully clothed in a comfortable position while I work with your energy. Many people experience deep relaxation, warmth, emotional release, or simply a profound sense of stillness. Every session is different because every person is different.
Reiki works beautifully alongside coaching — while coaching brings clarity to the mind, Reiki helps the body catch up. Together they create conditions for shifts that are felt, not just understood.
How to book Reiki: Reiki is most powerful as a sustained practice rather than a one-off. For this reason I offer Reiki in packages, allowing us to go deeper and build on each session over time.
One-off taster sessions are available for those who are curious and want to experience the work before committing to a package.

Meditation
Guided meditation is a simple, accessible way to begin building a relationship with stillness and with yourself. Whether you're completely new to meditation or returning to a practice that's fallen away, these sessions meet you exactly where you are.
Meditation supports clarity, nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and the kind of quiet that makes everything else easier to navigate.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra — sometimes called yogic sleep — is one of the most powerful and deeply restorative practices available. Lying down in complete comfort, you're guided into a state between waking and sleep where the body rests deeply while the mind remains gently aware. It's in this state that the nervous system truly restores and where deeper layers of tension, pattern, and held experience can begin to release.
You don't need any yoga experience. You don't need to do anything. You simply receive.
Yoga Nidra recordings are included in coaching packages and I also offer standalone sessions and group experiences.
